1.1 Do you accept returns?

For sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind.
We strongly encourage our customers to visit us in-store and get professionally sized.

2 In-Store Pickup

2.1 When will my order be ready to pick up?

We allow a minimum of two business days to process your order. You will be notified by email when your order is ready.

2.2 How long do I have to pick up my order?

We allow for five business days after the order is ready for them to be picked up.
